Slept In Your Makeup Skincare Routine

Whether it's a 20 minute nap, laziness or passing out with a full face. At some point, we all make the mistake of not taking off our makeup. This is what I do to minimize damage control.

- Step 1 : Oil 

Use either of the following oils to remove the makeup 

- Sunflower (beware of Hi - oleic acid sunflower oil, it clogs pores)

- Argan 

- hemp seed 

- safflower oil 

Step 2 : Cleanse

- Cetaphil

Step 3 : polish/Exfoliate

Any scrub you own, gently massage in circular motions 

Step 4 : Home DIY Mask

Honey + Coffee + Water

Step 5: serums


Make sure your skin is dry before putting on serums, use a tissue to pat on your face.

Step 6 : Mist

Step 7 : Face Mask 

My favourite face mask so far is from a brand called OH K! Bulk up on their coffee bean hydrogel mask. Leave it on for 20 min and massage the residue onto your skin.

Step 8 : eye cream + serum 

Apply anti aging eye cream for the under eyes, anti aging eye serum for your eyelids and brow bone.

Step 9 : Nourish/Moisturize 

Optional: anti aging tips from dr. Oz and Hollywood celebrities is adding two drops of essential rose hip hip oil to your moisturizer. This can be added to your daily moisturizer for am/pm skincare regime. 

- Moisturize your face with dr. Belmeur Ato Salt Cream

Step 10 : SPF 

- M.A.D skincare spf 50 ( amazing product for the face and neck, especially under makeup )

Step 11 : hydration 

Spritz your face and neck
